Yesterday we took out last walk on the small island across the river.   Along the way we passed a random pine tree decorated with a few silver bows and ornaments.  It warmed my heart and put an extra spring in my step-- I am going home for Christmas.

The Blue Mountains are outside Sydney.  More like big hills, yet very beautiful.  We had a lovely tour guide that took us around sunset and told us the history of the area.
