Clouds Come in Fast Here

Clouds come up very fast here.  For example, yesterday I was walking under a blue sky, hopped into a shop for a quick peek and when I came out there were stormy, dark skies above.   Or I took a shot of downtown covered in clouds, and not 5 seconds later the clouds cleared and the skyline appeared.  I have seen very wispy clouds-- so soft and quiet caching across the sky.
